We are a proud and diverse group of international professionals; and on top of that, we are a certified Great Place to Work.

About this job:
Digital product design is a vital part of our product development, which contributes significantly to the success of our SaaS products. You'll be part of an agile working, interdisciplinary team consisting of software developers, designers, product managers as well as marketing and customer experts. • Take responsibility for all design activities in one of our cross-functional product development teams- from research to launch

  • Discover new opportunities for our products by conducting a variety of research activities

  • Analyze your findings and create UX concepts to cover user needs, desires or pain points

  • Build interactive prototypes to test your concepts with real users

  • Transfer those concepts into usable and pleasurable designs (desktop and mobile), and communicate your iterations - from sketches to high-fidelity prototypes

  • Align with your design peers to create a consistent overall product experience, and pair with them to solve problems together and review each other's work

  • Contribute to our design system and make it a solid foundation for our product development

What we offer:

  • Individual development: The personal growth of each employee is very important to us. So, if you're not just looking for a job, but want opportunities to advance yourself, this is the place for you.

  • Continuous learning: Constantly broaden your horizons! Be it at our Open Spaces, at workshops, conferences or at our meetups and events, or by learning from failure.

  • Streamlined onboarding: We provide an in-depth, engaging onboarding program that brings you up to speed. Your colleagues will introduce you to everything you need to know, and will be available to answer your questions.

  • Flexibility: Working occasionally from home or need some help while relocating? If we fit together, we make many things possible.

  • Feel-good atmosphere: This includes a state-of-the-art working environment, with high-end IT equipment, surrounded and supported by great colleagues.
