Understand customer-specific problems in-depth, and provide expert advice
Translate customer requirements and their business objectives into value propositions and solutions
Advise customers on industry best practices and standards
Prepare and run tailored presentations addressing specific customer needs
Configure, integrate and deliver our solutions within the customer’s environment
Enable customers to adopt features and continuously get the most value out of our solutions
What you bring to the role:
Customer centricity, always putting the customer value front and center
Deep passion for technology and SaaS, in particular Workforce Management (from any vertical industry - retail, logistics, contact centre)
Ability to deconstruct complex problems into simple solutions
Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)
Though the role is home based, a willingness to travel nationally and internationally is essential, as and when required
