Come join our team in Chicago!

About InVision, in a few words:
At InVision, we specialize in Workforce Management (WFM) software and E-Learning solutions to help our clients optimize the scheduling and training of their most valuable resource: their people. Since 1995, we have developed our own software products that are today used by thousands of contact center employees around the globe. We value simplicity, trust, and teamwork; you won’t find the usual hierarchical structures here. We are a proud and diverse group of international professionals; and on top of that, we are a Certified Great Place to Work.

Your job at InVision:
As a member of our Global Partners team, your primary goal is to establish and maintain referral partnerships and co-selling relationships. You will work closely with prospective and existing partners to accelerate company growth and expand brand awareness of our award-winning Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, injixo and The Call Center School.

Job requirements

What you'll do:

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for recruiting, vetting, signing, and managing sales partnerships in a B2B format
  • Identify and qualify new prospective partnerships that align in the Workforce Management or E-Learning space
  • Win new partners by communicating the value proposition of the injixo and The Call Center School SaaS products
  • Manage multiple partner relationships, and build a sustainable sales and referral partnership pipeline by implementing regular meetings, activities and continuous engagement
  • Work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and advocate for new business opportunities
  • Closely collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, marketing and customer experience teams globally to include them in the partner development process
  • Bring in your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values and unique culture

What we offer:

  • Space for participation: Share your ideas with us! In return, we will give you the space necessary to grow creatively.
  • Flexibility: Working occasionally from home or need some help while relocating? If we fit together, we’ll make it possible.
  • Continuous learning: Constantly broaden your horizon! At our Open Spaces, at workshops and conferences, at our meetups and events, or by learning from failure.
  • Onboarding and personal growth: We provide an in-depth, engaging onboarding program that brings you up to speed, and give you support in focusing on your professional development.
  • Feel-good atmosphere: This includes a state-of-the-art working environment, high-end IT equipment, and great colleagues.
  • Attractive benefits package: Take advantage of perks such as paid-time-off, medical, dental, and pension contributions.
  • ... and more!
