Your job at InVision:
As a member of our interdisciplinary Customer Experience team, your primary goal is to win new customers and ensure that they successfully use our cloud-based WFM solution, injixo, and the digital learning offerings of our education brand, The Call Center School. You will work closely with prospective and existing clients, building relationships, promoting adoption, solving problems and identifying new business opportunities. In our team there are no lone wolves and no commission-driven sales people. Customer success is achieved and celebrated by the entire team working together.
What you’ll do:
Drive the success of injixo and The Call Center School in the D-A-CH region by leveraging previous experience with complex sales transactions
Win new customers (based on marketing-generated leads) by successfully applying sales methods such as Lean, Inbound and Strategic Selling
Gain a deep understanding of our software products, as well as workforce management and training in call centers in general, to be able to act as a "Trusted Advisor" for our prospects and customers
Develop strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders and decision makers at prospects and customers, and position InVision as a reliable solution partner
Run customized presentations to prospects and existing customers, presenting solutions to their WFM or training challenges
Always focus on the benefits and added value for the customer so that prospects become long-term subscribers, and customers become fans or multipliers
What you bring to the role:
At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B software sales (new and/or existing customer segment)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written - in German)
