About this job:
Customers of our cloud workforce management application, injixo, can decide every month if they wish to continue subscribing. This is one of the reasons our Customer Experience (CX) team is passionate about helping customers to utilise injixo in the best possible way. The rationale is very simple: only customers who achieve their desired outcomes with the software will remain delighted and committed to staying with us in the long term. In order to further strengthen our position, we are hiring to grow our UK CX team.

Job requirements

How you will contribute:

  • On-board new customers by training and supporting them with the configuration and implementation of our workforce management software, injixo
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers by working closely with them to constantly understand what WFM success means to them
  • Show how customers can achieve success with our products and so reduce churn
  • Define and maintain Account Development Plans that reflect our customers’ goals and drive progress both internally and externally
  • Deliver and lead Quarterly Business Reviews with customer key stakeholders
  • Establish and develop long-term customer relationships to support customer retention and create customer evangelists
  • Identify and close cross-sell and up-sell opportunities that deliver increased value for the customer as well as increased average revenue per user for us
  • Be the voice of the customer internally by working closely with our product management and development teams, translating user requirements into new features
