About this job:
As a member of our cross-functional Customer Experience team, your primary goal will be to win new customers and to ensure that they over-achieve their desired outcomes with our WFM solution, injixo, and our digital learning solutions, branded as The Call Center School. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers across North America, building relationships, promoting adoption, solving problems and identifying new business opportunities. At InVision, you won’t find the usual hierarchical structures like in other companies, and in our team there are no lone wolves and no commission-driven sales people. Customer success is achieved and celebrated by the entire team working together.

Job requirements

How you will contribute:

  • Drive the success of our B2B SaaS offering by leveraging previous experience of the complex sale
  • Identify and proactively drive new revenue opportunities by up- and cross-selling additional services and products
  • Run tailored online demos to prospects, addressing their specific WFM and training challenges
  • Convert prospects into long-term customers using outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution
  • Actively contribute towards our open and team-focused culture that promotes knowledge exchange and helps our teams to grow

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven track record with Inbound Sales, Strategic and Lean Selling Methodologies
  • Experience with full-cycle B2B SaaS sales
  • Software sales, support or consulting experience in contact center software systems (e.g. ACD, WFM, WFO, WEM, CRM - minimum 2 years desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills
