Your job at InVision:
You will be a member of a cross-functional Customer Experience (CX) team whose mission is to transform leads into evangelists. The CX team assumes end-to-end responsibility for helping our customers to over-achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers, continuously discovering and delivering customer value.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand customer-specific problems in-depth, and provide expert advice

  • Translate customer requirements and their business objectives into value propositions and solutions

  • Advise customers on industry best practices and standards

  • Prepare and run tailored presentations addressing specific customer needs

  • Configure, integrate and deliver our solutions within the customer’s environment

  • Enable customers to adopt features and continuously get the most value out of our solutions


What you bring to the role:

  • Customer centricity, always putting the customer value front and center

  • Deep passion for technology and SaaS, in particular Workforce Management (from any vertical industry - retail, logistics, contact centre)

  • Ability to deconstruct complex problems into simple solutions

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Though the role is home based, a willingness to travel nationally and internationally is essential, as and when required
