Senior Product Manager - B2B/SaaS (f/m/d)

We develop and run highly scalable cloud software in the area of predictive analytics and scheduling that helps companies and their employees around the world to tap into the full potential of each individual. Our product teams assume end-to-end responsibility for the entire product lifecycle and create product solutions that our customers love. As a Product Manager, you will be a member of one of our cross-functional product teams, together with software engineers, designers, and marketing professionals.

What you’ll do:

  • Bring to life our global product vision while considering the various business constraints (e.g. from marketing, sales, service, finance, legal and privacy factors)

  • Build and share a deep knowledge of our users and customers, and use data to analyze how they engage with our products

  • Continuously monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape

  • Provide your expertise in modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methodologies

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from product design, software engineering and product marketing to discover, develop and deliver impactful solutions to market

  • Show leadership by inspiring your teammates, as well as other colleagues, leaders and stakeholders through your use of data and logic

Job requirements

What you bring to the role:

  • A minimum of 5 years working in the software development area with at least 2 years of professional experience as a product manager

  • Working experience in a cross-functional team

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
