About this role:
To realize our growth plans, we want to expand our team in the United States which currently consists of 12 colleagues working in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Management. You will become a member of our global, cross-functional Talent Experience team, which operates from our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany. Our mission is to attract and hire the best talent for our teams. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle in the U.S.; from positioning InVision as an attractive employer, to job marketing and candidate sourcing, applicant screening, as well as coordinating and conducting interviews. Your focus should always be on creating the best possible candidate journey as well as finding the best quality talent while embracing diversity and inclusion.

How will you contribute:

• Conduct position briefings and translate them into appealing and precise job postings
• Select the relevant job boards for each role and manage job campaigns from ad placement, evaluation, and analysis
• Review incoming applications and actively source passive candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to gather all relevant information, then evaluate and qualify potential candidates for the next steps in the recruitment process
• Coordinate and schedule second and final round interviews with the hiring leads and peers
• Act as an InVision ambassador: inspire candidates, get them intrigued by our company culture, and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Establish good relationships with candidates and create a talent pool for future recruitments

What you bring to the role:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven work experience in fast-paced environments, e.g. within a startup or in the fields of technology and SaaS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
