About this job:
As a member of our Global Partners team, your primary goal is to establish and maintain referral partnerships and co-selling alliances. You will work closely with prospective and existing partners to accelerate company growth and expand brand awareness of our award-winning Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, injixo and The Call Center School.

How you will contribute:

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for recruiting, vetting, signing, and managing sales partnerships in a B2B format
  • Identify and qualify new prospective partnerships that align in the Workforce Management or e-Learning space
  • Win new partners by communicating the value proposition of the injixo and The Call Center School SaaS products
  • Manage up to 30 partner relationships, and build a sustainable sales pipeline by implementing regular meetings, activities and continuous engagement
  • Work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Negotiate and advocate for new business opportunities
  • Closely collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, marketing and customer experience teams globally to include them in the partner development process
  • Bring in your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values and unique culture
