As a Key Account Manager in an interdisciplinary customer experience team, you will inspire interested companies for our cloud-based workforce management solution injixo and build long-term relationships with existing customers. You are only being satisfied when your customers have become true fans of our software, and they achieve the maximum benefit. There are no commission-driven lone warriors with us - successes are achieved and celebrated together as a team. You will work from your home office, but you are also welcome to come to our regular team meetings in Utrecht.
What you’ll do:
Develop new market potentials together with your team and thus support our ambitious growth course.
Actively win new customers by helping them to identify their challenges and developing solutions to convince them.
Build long-term relationships with all relevant decision makers on the customer side.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor and place InVision as an innovator of industry standards.
Actively shape the quarterly targets (OKR's) of your team and the company.
What you bring to the role:
Several years of professional experience in B2B software sales and in supporting complex sales processes
Proven know-how of Inbound and Strategic Selling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Dutch and English)
