What will your job area at InVision look like?

As a member of our cross-functional Partner Experience team, your primary goal is to establish and maintain partnerships from simple referral partners up to deep technology alliances. You will work closely with prospective and existing partners across the world and a team of software developers to increase customer value, accelerate company growth and spread brand visibility for our award-winning, cloud-based solutions injixo and The Call Center School.


Job requirements


How will you contribute?

  • Bring a broad knowledge and network of Contact Center providers to build, develop and grow InVision's partners
  • Develop and execute an overall partner strategy that includes technical, marketing and sales partnerships
  • Communicate the value proposition of the InVision product suite to partner organizations and increase revenues by applying your experience and skill with managing partner relationships
  • Assume end-to-end leadership responsibility for recruiting, vetting, signing and managing partner relationships
  • Provide guidance on the development or acquisition of partner management software solutions
  • Enhance the team by demonstrating strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Promote the importance and value of partner relationships within the InVision organization internally
