What your job area at InVision will look like?

Our Customer Experience (CX) team is passionate about helping customers to utilize our sophisticated B2B application, injixo, for optimized staff scheduling in their contact center in the best possible way. The rationale is very simple: only customers who achieve their desired outcomes with the software will remain delighted and committed to staying with us in the long term. In order to strengthen our position on the Benelux market, we are hiring to grow our CX team in the Netherlands.

Job requirements

How you will contribute?

  • Support our (mainly Dutch-speaking) new customers during the configuration and implementation of our workforce management (WFM) software, injixo (Dutch: min. level B2 required)
  • Accompany existing customers as they migrate their on-premise solution to the cloud
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers and establish long-term relationships
  • Develop customers to become true injixo advocates by ensuring that they achieve their goals
  • Work closely with our product management and development teams by translating user requirements into new features
  • Contribute your experience and knowledge on contact centers and workforce management, or gain in-depth know-how in these areas
