About this job: 
As a member of our cross-functional Customer Experience team, your primary goal is to win new customers and to ensure that they over-achieve their desired outcomes with our solution, injixo. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers across the Benelux region, building relationships, promoting adoption, solving problems and identifying new business opportunities. This position is working remotely, with frequent face-to-face meetups (pandemic permitting). 


What you’ll do: 

  • Drive the success of our enterprise B2B SaaS offering by leveraging previous experience of the complex sale
  • Apply professional sales methodology (e.g. Lean, Inbound or Strategic Selling) to convert leads into new customers
  • Identify and proactively drive new revenue opportunities with our existing clients by up- and cross-selling additional services, new product components or extended footprint
  • Engage as a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers with a deep understanding of our software products and workforce management (WFM) in general

  • Run tailored online demos to prospects, addressing their specific WFM challenges and confirming that they will achieve their desired outcomes

  • Maintain a laser focus on customer value so that customers become long-term subscribers and evangelists

  • Actively contribute towards our open and team-focused culture that promotes knowledge exchange and helps our teams to grow

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in Dutch - oral and written; min. level C1 required)
