About this job:
To realise our growth plans, we want to expand our team in the United Kingdom which currently consists of 12 colleagues working in Customer Success Management, Project Management and Consulting. You will become a member of our global Recruitment team, which operates from our headquarters in Düsseldorf, Germany, and the United States. Our mission is to attract and hire the best talent for our teams. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle in the UK; from positioning InVision as an attractive employer, to candidate sourcing, applicant screening, as well as coordinating and conducting interviews. Your focus should always be on creating the best possible candidate experience as well as finding the best quality talent while embracing diversity and inclusion.
What you'll do:
Generate a healthy and diverse pipeline for our open positions
Act as an InVision ambassador: inspire candidates, get them intrigued by our company culture and ensure a positive candidate experience
Review incoming applications and actively source passive candidates
Conduct initial screening calls to gather all relevant information, then evaluate and qualify potential candidates for the next steps in the recruitment process
Coordinate and schedule second and final round interviews with the hiring leads and peers
Establish good relationships with candidates and create a talent pool for future recruitments
What you bring to the role:
3-5 years of recruitment experience
Proven work experience in Sales Recruitment, ideally within the technology, SaaS or contact centre space
Ability to pivot and adjust tactics based on requirements of the job market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
